Millennium is looking to hire individuals to take pictures of homes on behalf of Homeowner insurance carriers. If you can take pictures with your cell phone, you can work in this industry! This type of work has many advantages desired today: - Vaccination not required to work for Millennium - You make your own schedule as to when and where you want to work - As an independent contractor, you are paid per completed report (20 - 40 dollars an hour would be typical depending on your preferred workload and geographical area) - Typical exterior photos needed (Address tag on the home, front, back, left, and right side of the home, and some photos of the roof) - Working on behalf of insurance carriers gives exposure to underwriting and insurance which is a stable industry Tools & materials needed: - Reliable transportation - Digital camera or a Smartphone - (Millennium has an app that can help) - 5-6' Camera Pole (also called Monopods) for obtaining roof photos from the ground - Desktop or laptop computer (must be Google Chrome or Firefox compatible) Training and additional assistance: - We have a full training department here at Millennium that is available at no cost to our inspectors - You would work with a dedicated Field Contract Manager to ensure your success and growth
