Financial Services Client Specialist

As a Client Specialist, you will be a crucial part of welcoming new clients, aiding current clients, and connecting with our Financial Advisors. Responsibilities: • Onboard prospects to clients • Open and manage new accounts • Provide exceptional service to clients and prospects • Assist in the planning and running of everyday operations • Provide administrative and operational assistance to senior leadership • Work closely with our Financial Advisors to develop and execute financial plans • Develop and distribute monthly and quarterly production reviews • Retain archival and administrative records, as well as equipment inventory and office supplies Qualifications: • This is an in-office role • US Work Authorization • At least 18 years of age • Proven experience in client-facing role • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to set and meet goals and objectives • Ability to analyze and develop work processes • Detail-oriented and ability to multitask • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills Compensation: $50,000 to $55,000
