Job Description

This rewarding position will require you to use your skills to develop new commercial lending relationships and manage a commercial loan portfolio. You will use your understanding of credit evaluation, loan structuring, and strong credit analysis and underwriting abilities to seek and present commercial lending opportunities to management. Strong business development, along with written and oral communication skills are required. A strong network of business connections in southern New Jersey and active participating in community organizations and events will allow you to be successful. Your focus will be on growing our commercial loan portfolio using safe and sound underwriting practices that are within the bank's commercial lending policy and procedures, and banking regulations and laws.

A minimum of 5 years commercial lending and business development experience is required. A Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting, finance, business, or related field is necessary. Strong preference will be given to applicants with an existing loan client base.
