As the Operations Assistant at MINT you will join forces with the concierge team to ensure all clients are awed by our level of service. To excel in this position, you must be highly organized, and your response times must be lightning speed. The concierge team will rely on your timeliness, your efficiency, and your determination to resolve any unexpected issues that may arise. Responsibilities Include: * Confirm all travel bookings prior to trip. * Update hotels on guest arrival times. * Request folios, purchase receipts, and invoices from vendors. * Submit all folios, purchase receipts, and invoices to the team for review. * Add or update calendar entries with reminders for team. * Log and request security deposit refunds for auto and villa rentals. * Provide ad hoc support in projects or requests small and large. * Additional responsibilities as periodically assigned. Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in a similar role * 1+ years of experience with HNWI * Able to handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion. * Self-motivation, exceptional organizational skills, high level of efficiency, dogged resourcefulness.
