Our luxury concierge company is devoted to crafting memorable experiences and surpassing clients’ expectations. Our clients expect the most and our team must provide the best. As the Administrative Assistant you will assist the concierge team with client requests including purchasing personal shopping items and documenting and coordinating shipments. You will also assist the CEO's personal assistant with dropping off or picking up items from storage, performing inventory counts, scheduling meetings, communicating and coordinating with vendors, in addition to other tasks as requested.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a similar role
2+ years of experience with HNWI
Reliable transportation
Proficient in Excel
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Highly efficient and self-motivated
Able to communicate in English and Spanish
