This is an excellent opportunity for defense attorneys with experience in municipal law, insurance defense litigation, employment and labor law, and general litigation. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an active caseload autonomously from start to resolution.
• Conduct and defend depositions involving parties and experts.
• Draft, prepare, and argue motions for summary judgment.
• Lead and oversee jury and bench trials in state and federal courts.
• Handle motion and discovery practice and engage in appellate practice.
• Foster consistent, professional communication with clients throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications:

• A Michigan bar license is required
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience in Municipal Law is a plus.
