We are seeking a talented and experienced Capital Markets Associate to join our Newport Beach office. This position is ideal for a 4th-7th year attorney with a robust background in securities law, capital markets, and corporate finance. The candidate will primarily collaborate with the Corporate Department Chair and other senior attorneys.

Qualifications:
- J.D. from a top ABA-accredited law school
- Admission to the California State Bar
- 4-7 years of experience in securities, capital markets, and corporate finance.
- Proficient in SEC reporting and national securities exchange compliance.
- Experience with IPOs and various public offerings.
- Familiarity with the 33 and 34 Acts, SEC reports, periodic reporting, proxy statements, and registration statements.
- Big Law experience is preferred.
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
