Responsibilities:
- Master Strategist: Develop and implement airtight defense strategies that anticipate and counter every move of the opposition.
- Courtroom Dynamo: Represent clients with unwavering confidence and precision, turning the tide of litigation with persuasive arguments and compelling evidence.
- Client Champion: Provide expert legal counsel and steadfast support to clients, guiding them through the complexities of the legal system.
- Case Conductor: Manage a diverse portfolio of cases from inception through resolution, ensuring meticulous preparation and execution at every stage.
- Collaborative Warrior: Partner with a team of seasoned attorneys and paralegals to leverage collective expertise and achieve outstanding results.
Requirements:
- Licensed Attorney: Active CA bar license.
- Experience: The desire to pursue defense litigation. Experience with toxic tort litigation is a PLUS!
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex legal issues clearly and persuasively to clients, judges, and juries.
- Analytical Acumen: Proficiency in legal research, evidence analysis, and strategic case development.
