Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and file a variety of motions in state and federal court
• Conduct legal research on complex legal issues
• Draft and respond to discovery requests
• Work closely with senior trial attorneys on all phases of personal injury litigation
• Stay current on relevant laws and legal precedents

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of law and motion experience in civil litigation
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing
• Strong research and writing skills
• Proficiency in WestLaw with ability to quickly identify relevant authority
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Full-time, minimum 4 days in office

Salary range:

• $115,000 - $145,000 based on experience
