Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Program Coordination : Manage the day-to-day operations of mission services programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with standards. • Data Analysis and Reporting : Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements. • Process Improvement : Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement technical solutions to optimize operations. • Team Leadership : Supervise, train, and support mission services staff, fostering a culture of accountability and technical excellence. • Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with community partners, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with objectives. Qualifications: • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Systems, Social Work) or equivalent experience. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. • Prior experience in a leadership role, preferably in a mission-driven organization. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Knowledge of community services and resources is a plus. Compensation: $52,000
