    Summary

    The Mitigation Coordinator's key responsibility is to provide support to the Mitigation Manager. This role involves working closely with Production staff to ensure the work-in-progress board remains accurate and up-to-date. The Mitigation Coordinator will also review and audit daily documentation for all job files and perform additional tasks as assigned by the Mitigation Manager

    Primary Responsibilities

    Monitor the status of job files daily to ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.

    Communicate with Production crews daily to confirm all required documentation is captured on-site during tasks.

    Create and maintain the daily Production team schedule as directed by the Mitigation Manager.

    Keep the Work-in-Progress (WIP) board accurate for all active leads and projects.

    Facilitate internal communication within the mitigation team to ensure alignment.

    Review timestamps and other data points to ensure accurate reporting and Key Performance Metrics (KPMs).

    Complete and review job file documentation for approval by the Mitigation Manager.

    Perform internal audits of all projects to verify that estimates reflect all work performed.

    Generate reports for WIP meetings and provide actionable insights for the Mitigation Manager to identify areas for improvement.

    Assist other departments with tasks as needed.

    Education and Experience Requirements

    High school diploma/GED is required..

    Exceptional customer service skills, strong administrative abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

    Exceptional inter-office communication skills.

    Proficiency in using various digital tools and technologies to complete job tasks efficiently.

    Experience in the restoration, construction, or insurance industry is a plus.

    Physical and Work Environment Requirements

    This is a largely sedentary role in an office environment. However, some filing may be required. This could require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a step stool as necessary.

    Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements

    This is a full-time position, working hours varying between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. This position may require longer hours and some flexibility in hours may be needed depending upon business needs.
