The Mitigation Coordinator will work as a liaison between the customers and our Production/Estimating/AR departments. If you are self-motivated, organized and have outstanding customer service skills, you could thrive in this environment!
Key Responsibilities
Manage lead calls and customer communication. Sell them on Servpro services
Schedule job appointments through the production department
Manage customer job files
Review and validate job site documentation
Work closely with Mitigation Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
Communicate with customers throughout the job process
Manage input and output of various programs
Manage daily updating of lead tracking spreadsheet
Work closely with Mitigation managers to offer exceptional customer service
Communicate with remote estimators and accounts receivable
Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
Collaborate with other offices to assist in task completions as needed
Occasional travel will be required of this position. Initial training will require travel.

Position Requirements
High school diploma/GED (preferred)
At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience
Restoration industry experience a plus
Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
