Job Overview
The Mitigation Project Manager (MPM) is the primary point of contact for our customers in need of Emergency Mitigation Services (EMS). When an EMS call is received, the MPM is dispatched to the customer location to determine the scope of work and sign the customer. They can request additional technicians to assist in controlled demolition and structural drying.
The MPM is expected to provide 5-star service to our customers in accordance with the IICRC standards. A successful candidate will have 3 years of mitigation experience with at minimum a WRT IICRC certification. They will also have excellent written & verbal communications skills and be responsive to customer needs.
This position demands on-call availability for 2 weeks on, 1 week off rotation. With the demands of 24-hour availability, MPMs are afforded autonomy over scheduling of inspections & jobs. Required office time is kept minimal (approx. 6 hours per month). A successful candidate will be a self-starter with the discipline needed to manage their time appropriately. If utilized properly, the flexibility of this position can be a great benefit.
Compensation is handled with a generous monthly commission structure and a bi-weekly draw against future commissions to provide stability. The pay for this position is uncapped and ranges from $52,000-$80,000+ per year. An MPM that consistently meets or exceeds expectations should expect an income in the upper half of the pay range or greater. A motivated MPM can determine their level of income.
The position also provides opportunities for continued development and IICRC certification training. A company work van with fuel card is provided. A sign-on bonus of $1000 is available after completion of a 30 day evaluation. Health benefits are available after 90 days, with 401(k) available after 1 year.
