What does a Mitigation Manager with Paul Davis do?
The Mitigation Project Manager will be overseeing the successful mitigation of various types of residential, commercial and large loss structures – including but not limited to contaminants, monitoring documentation, and adhering to IICRC standards.
Directing teams of Sub Contractors, Lead Technicians, and Technicians, the Mitigation Project Manager ensures that work is completed in a timely and professional manner.
Ensures documentation is complete and accurate and that our estimating team has what they need to write your estimates. No late nights/weekends writing estimates!
Displays extraordinary customer service and communication skills with our clients while respectfully entering their businesses.
Demonstrates leadership in company meetings, managing/participating in the rotating ON-CALL schedule (includes some nights/weekends) and complying with job timelines.
Shows initiative/willingness to complete all projects in a timely manner with sense of urgency (fully utilizing all technology, equipment, collecting the COC at completion, assisting with AR, attention to detail/notes, etc.)
Acts as a mentor to Lead Technicians/Technicians in training, offering guidance and support.
Serves others in our community in their time of need while exhibiting exuberance to learn and grow with the company and upholding/demonstrating the Paul Davis Way.

Team Compensation and Benefits:

Depending on experience, the annual BASE rate for a Project Manager is $65,000-75,000/year (the successful Commercial PM should earn roughly $85,000-$110,000/year - including bonus)

Team Qualifications (Requirements):
Must have alignment with our Core Values of being Respectful, Resourceful, Committed and Fun
A valid driver’s license with a good driving record (recent 3 years)
Competence and experience with modern restoration technology (includes knowledge of systems, equipment, meters, DASH, RMS, MICA etc.)
Experience: at least 2 years as a mitigation project manager
IICRC certified (Water Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying, Mold, Fire Remediation)
