    Job Position Description:

    Manage mitigation production crews and job assignments as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew, keeping the General/Operations Manager and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job, completing job files and monitoring jobs from start to completion. Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate. Our Production Managers take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.

    Responsibilities:

    Managing Customer Satisfaction

    Effectively oversee all aspects of the mitigation production processes and customers’ needs

    Identifying areas for improvement and managing relationships with centers of influence

    Managing production, estimating jobs & coordinating with GM/Owner

    Leaving jobsites with an orderly appearance and follow uniform and policy guidelines

    Communicating and managing customer concerns with GM/Owner effectively

    Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard

    Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians

    Qualifications:

    IICRC Certification in WRT & ASD

    Minimum 2 years management experience

    Experience in equipment, asset and financial management

    Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site and while traveling

    Aptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating

    Ability to identify areas of opportunity among teammates, coaching for growth

    Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammates
