About the Role We're looking for a Mitigation Project Manager who doesn't just manage jobs — they drive them, close them, and own the entire customer experience from the first phone call to the final invoice. If you're a top-tier restoration pro with serious sales chops, a knack for leading teams, and a bias for action — you just found your tribe.

What You'll Do

Own the mitigation process: from job intake and site inspection to documentation and closeout

Lead and motivate mitigation crews in the field — safety, quality, and speed are your mantra

Communicate clearly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams

Document jobs thoroughly using DASH, CompanyCam, and other tech platforms

Upsell reconstruction and additional services where appropriate

Handle job costing, equipment tracking, and ensure jobs stay on scope and on budget

Be the face of Solid Restoration on every job site — professional, responsive, and reliable

What You Bring

3+ years in mitigation or restoration project management

Proven sales background — you’re comfortable closing, upselling, and negotiating

Strong knowledge of water/mold/fire restoration practices

Experience with Xactimate, DASH, and CompanyCam preferred

IICRC certifications a huge plus (WRT, ASD, AMRT)

Natural leader, quick thinker, and solutions-driven communicator
