SERVPRO® of Monroe/West Monroe Mitigation-Restoration Estimator
Summary
The Mitigation Estimator monitors incoming leads from conversion to active job status through completion of work and insurance carrier and/or customer invoicing. The Mitigation Estimator works closely with Production to develop estimates by reviewing scope of work and ensuring file documentation is accurate and complete.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor job file status to ensure accuracy of file documentation daily.
Communicate daily with Production staff to ensure all required documentation is captured onsite at point of task.
Create estimates based on scope, photographs and other information provided by Production staff.
Monitor carrier Service Level Agreements and ensure all client requirements are met.
Maintain internal and external communications with stakeholders.
Review datapoints to reflect accurate KPIs.
Perform internal audit of file documentation to ensure estimate captures all work performed.
Perform initial, daily, and final upload of mitigation files for carrier review and approval.
Perform job close-out activities, including coordination with billing/accounting team to ensure proper invoicing.
Assist other departments as needed.

Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance industry is a plus
Formal Education/Training
High school diploma/GED is required.
3+ years of professional experience preferred.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
This is a sedentary role in an office environment; however, some travel may be required.
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements
This is a full-time position, working 7:45 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. Flexibility in hours may be needed depending on business needs. Occasional travel may be required.
