Lead Technician/Crew Chiefs demonstrate leadership and coaching skills through effective instruction and supervision of team members. Utilize technology to record accurate and detailed job information and documentation into job management software programs, participate in on call rotation.

Key Responsibilities:
Continually learn new skills and set personal goals
Ensuring the team’s performance accordance to Paul Davis and industry specifications
Assessing damaged properties to prevent further damage and stabilize
Removing damaged materials, such as wallboards trim, and carpets
Handling any issues caused by fire and smoke damage
Ensure your crews are always ready to handle the day through a team huddle
Meet clients and adjusters on site to assist in issue resolution and provide professional opinion
Re-inspect job sites for quality control
Be the point of contact for customers, while on-site, if they have any questions and/or concerns and resolve those in effective and timely manner
Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked, and organized service vehicles along with all company equipment
Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule
Adhering to personal safety standards by wearing the appropriate protective gear and using the right equipment
Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments
