Our Extensive Benefits Package: • Comprehensive Health, Dental, Vision Insurance • 401(k) Plan and IRA options • Incentives for employee referrals • Generous Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for holistic support • Tool Assistance Program • Numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth Responsibilities: • Conducting the removal of damaged or affected materials from residential and commercial properties in the Portland metro area • Following work orders on a consistent basis • Collaborating effectively with our Contents crew to facilitate the movement and storage of customer belongings • Maintaining open lines of communication with customers, homeowners, and management throughout the process • Documenting daily progress notes and capturing photos in the company database diligently Qualifications: • You must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record • Essential qualities for this role include excellent communication, listening, and teamwork skills • Accurate following of instructions is a must-have ability for applicants • Candidates should possess a working smartphone and be capable of installing communication and timesheet apps • You are required to either own or be willing to acquire tools for demolition tasks such as a prybar, rubber mallet, multi-tool, drills, circular saw, and razor knife • Willingness to assist a Lead Specialist with occasional on-call duties is expected • Applicants must be willing to commute to Tualatin, OR, as only local candidates are being considered for this role Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly
