Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Fluent in English
Water damage restoration highly preferred
Mold/fire remediation highly preferred
IICRC or similar industry related certifications highly preferred
Minimum one year experience in a manual labor position or equivalent schooling
Positive attitude
Dedication to customer service
Clean criminal background check
Ability to pass a drug test
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Availability to work weekends and overtime if needed. Evening and weekend hours are not common.
Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
Will to continuously learn new things and grow
Responsibilities:
High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/re-installation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service
Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule
Pass all the IICRC certifications and classes required
Perform initial site visit and conduct inspections
Contact customers and inform them about the ETA
Take photos of the job assigned before and after the process, evaluate and document the damage
Work safely in properties that have been damaged by storm, water, fire, or mold
Clean the content and structural damage
Remove the structural damage to the property using power tools and/or hands
Unload and reload equipment in the designated vehicle
Responsible for unloading all trash in designated areas
Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment
Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary
You will assist other team members and be a leader for the team when needed

12-hour shift
8-hour shift
Weekends as needed
