Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Mitigation Technician to join our growing team in Dallas-Fort Worth. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in restoring properties by performing water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, and other mitigation tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform water extraction and structural drying using specialized equipment.

Conduct mold remediation following industry standards.

Assist with fire and smoke damage cleanup as needed.

Perform demolition work and debris removal.

Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including photos and notes.

Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Participate in on-call rotation for emergency services.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

IICRC certification (WRT, ASD, AMRT)preferred (WRT) required.

Experience in water, fire, and mold restoration preferred.

Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
