Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and creative Mixologist to join our bar team. As a Mixologist at Bella’s, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality cocktails, maintaining a well-stocked bar, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the dining experience for our guests. You will have the opportunity to create new cocktail recipes and contribute to our seasonal menu.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, both classic and innovative, to our guests.

Maintain an organized and clean bar area.

Ensure the bar is well-stocked with ingredients, garnishes, and glassware.

Create new cocktails and beverages to reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations based on their preferences.

Collaborate with the kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure seamless service.

Follow all safety and cleanliness guidelines, including proper alcohol handling procedures.

Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.

Stay updated on cocktail trends, mixology techniques, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender, with a strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and techniques.

Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to engage with guests.

Creativity and passion for crafting unique and high-quality drinks.

Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and other beverages.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in mixology or bartending is a plus.

Experience with Italian spirits and wines is highly desirable.
