Job Overview
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data within company databases and systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency to ensure data integrity and smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data into spreadsheets, databases, and CRM systems.
- Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical records.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 45 WPM preferred).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience with CRM systems or enterprise software is a plus.
