Field BizzTech Supervisors are the first line of leadership to support their teams and strive to promote high company standards and ensure policies are adhered to. Additionally, they develop regional markets and support other regions through Business Development.
Compensation and Benefits:
Full-Time - Must be able to work some nights & weekends
Shift/Hours: 4 X 10 or 5 X 8 hour shifts plus required after-hours rotation
$22-$25/HR

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Research, organize, and attend events to promote On-Site (Travel WILL be required)
Prepares and monitors weekly/monthly team meetings
Work with the safety technicians and evaluate their performance in the field
Monitor Regional Supply needs
Able to increase existing customer service numbers and goals
Actively work in the field responding to calls (Drug and alcohol testing, Injury response, Pulmonary function testing, Respiratory fitting, Safety training, etc.)
Monitor schedules and adjust to limit overtime
Qualifications:
Must have an active certification and CPR certification at the Healthcare Provider level
Must have supervisory and/or sales experience
Must be 18 years old or older
Clean DMV record - no DUIs in the last 5 years
Bilingual is a plus
Must be comfortable with public speaking
Must be comfortable standing, walking, or sitting for an extended period of time
Must be comfortable with bending, reaching, lifting and driving
Must be comfortable with operating vehicles and/or computerized equipment
