We are looking for part-time, Multi-Sport and Martial Arts Coaches to join our growing team. This position involves teaching afternoon classes in Chandler and surrounding areas. Class hours typically fall between 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM, and days/times are based on class availability. Pay is based on experience.

What You’ll Do:

Lead dynamic, age-appropriate classes in sports (Multi-Sport, Karate Zoo, etc.) based on our structured curriculum

Prepare for each class by reviewing lesson plans and ensuring you understand class objectives

Create a safe, positive environment to support children’s growth and development

Arrive 15 minutes early for each class to ensure smooth setup and readiness

Distribute class materials (e.g., stamps, stripes, belts) and report any equipment issues to the team

Maintain professional appearance and wear approved attire when coaching

Communicate regularly with the office and the coaching team to stay on top of scheduling and updates

Attend coach trainings and participate in seasonal meetings for ongoing development

What We’re Looking For:

Passion for working with children and teaching sports or martial arts

Experience in coaching or teaching (preferred, but not required)

Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card

Reliable, punctual, and organized – you’ll need to manage class prep and follow through

Ability to work independently and follow our structured program while bringing your energy and creativity to each class

Ability to lift and transport equipment as needed
