    This position will work on Crane repairs in a shop environment.

    Key Responsibilities: • Perform diagnostic inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a variety of mobile cranes and heavy equipment. • Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems to identify and resolve issues efficiently. • Conduct load testing, calibrations, and safety checks in compliance with applicable regulations and company standards. • Maintain accurate service records, including work orders and inspection reports. • Collaborate with customers to provide clear communication regarding repairs, timelines, and recommendations. • Ensure all work adheres to OSHA, ANSI, and manufacturer guidelines. • Utilize specialized tools and diagnostic equipment to complete tasks effectively. • Uphold Company’s commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and superior customer service.

    Qualifications And Skills • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanics, hydraulics, or a related field is preferred. Valid certification for inspections of mobile cranes preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair. • Strong understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems. • Familiarity with diagnostic software and tools. • Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus. • Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on safety and efficiency. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in varying environments. • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
