Job Summary

All Around Achievers is dedicated to providing immediate support to individuals in crisis within the Richmond area. We are currently seeking 2-10 compassionate and dedicated Mobile Crisis Response/Crisis Stabilization Counselors to join our team. As a preferred candidate, you will offer crisis stabilization services to adults, adolescents, and children who are at risk of hospitalization or out-of-home placement due to acute mental health conditions.

Responsibilities

Provide crisis stabilization services to individuals in acute mental health crisis in the community setting.

Work collaboratively with a team of two Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs) under the guidance of a dedicated Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Director Conduct real-time supervision sessions with your QMHP teammate, with up to 6 sessions weekly, to ensure effective support and intervention.
