The Detail Technician role is essential to ensuring the success of our operations and delivering exceptional service to our clients. This position plays a critical part in maintaining high-quality cleaning and detailing services for a variety of surfaces, equipment, and settings, ensuring a clean and professional environment wherever our services are required.

This position involves traveling to client locations, performing thorough cleaning and detailing tasks, and maintaining equipment. The role requires a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed client expectations.

The purpose of the Detail Technician is to ensure that all client requests are completed efficiently and effectively, leaving surfaces and equipment spotless and maintaining a professional standard. This position also supports the organization by maintaining equipment, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and upholding company safety and quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities: • Perform detailed cleaning and maintenance tasks for various types of surfaces and equipment, including both interior and exterior areas. • Drive to client locations in a safe and timely manner to perform services. • Utilize specialized cleaning and detailing techniques to achieve high-quality results. • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. • Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in proper working condition and reporting any issues promptly. • Follow safety protocols and company standards during all cleaning tasks. • Collaborate with team members when required to complete projects efficiently and on time. • Monitor supply levels and report replenishment needs to management.

Qualifications: • Previous experience in detailing, cleaning, or a similar role is a plus but not required—we provide training! • Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling between locations. • Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor. • Physically able to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. • Familiarity with cleaning products, tools, and techniques is a plus but not required.
