As a Mobile Home Sales Leader, you’ll lead and support a remote team of over 100 sales agents across Florida. You'll drive sales performance, mentor and support agents, and ensure they have the resources to excel. Why Join Us? • We handle 10% of manufactured home resales in Florida. • On average, a property is sold every 6 hours, with a new listing every 4 hours. • Hosted over 1,500 open houses last year. • Work within a collaborative team culture, dedicated to professional growth. Compensation and Benefits • Base Salary: $50,000 • Expected Yearly Earnings: $100,000 (including commission) • Paid Time Off Responsibilities: • Lead, coach, and support a team of remote sales agents. • Implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets. • Visit sites and provide in-person support to remote team members. • Track sales metrics, offer feedback, and adapt strategies as needed. • Collaborate with other Sales Leaders and company leadership to foster company-wide growth. • Support agents with training resources and tools for success. • Cultivate a positive, productive culture aligned with our values. Qualifications: • Proven success in sales management, ideally in real estate or a similar industry. • Strong leadership and motivational skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Analytical mindset for sales data and performance metrics. • Goal-oriented and self-driven. • Willingness to travel within Florida. • Knowledge of the mobile home market is a plus but not required. Compensation: $100,000 at plan earnings
