Mobile Occupational Technician

Responsibilities: We're looking for EMTs, CNAs, LVNs, or those with a solid medical background who feel confident in providing first aid care independently and professionally. All new hires will go through a training module to understand how to treat workplace injuries under the OSHA guidelines for first aid. Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To: • Cleaning minor cuts, scrapes, or scratches • Treating minor burns • Applying compressive bandages and dressings • Recommending the use of non-prescription medicine • Draining blisters • Removing debris from the eyes • Massaging muscle strains • Applying the concept of R.I.C.E. to muscle injuries Qualifications: Requirements: • Preferred - Bilingual (Spanish) • Have valid licensure for the position for which you are applying • Possesses excellent verbal / written communication skills • Be passionate about people and giving them the best care humanly possible • Ability to work independently and as a team • Have a positive and outgoing personality • Great time management • Possesses a valid Driver's License and is able to drive upwards of 2 hours • Have strong computer and other technology skills (navigating cell phones, texting, fax machines, etc), as well as familiarity with EMR software • A reliable vehicle • Be strong enough to lift a 50lb emergency response bag • Be willing to go above and beyond just because that’s who you are • Document findings and treatments accurately and succinctly It's a Plus If • You are comfortable working in different environments • You have relevant occupational health experience If you have a medical certification, please upload a copy in the Photos area of the application.
