    Job Title: Mobile PICC RN (PRN)

    Location: Sikeston, MO (Covering Cape Girardeau and Surrounding Areas)

    About Peak Mobile Vascular Access: Peak Mobile Vascular Access delivers professional, clinician-led vascular access services to patients across Missouri. We specialize in ultrasound-guided PICC and Midline insertions in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and in-home care environments. As our demand grows in Southeast Missouri, we seek experienced, reliable RNs to join our mobile team based out of Sikeston.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Respond to mobile PICC and Midline placement requests across Sikeston, Cape Girardeau, and nearby rural and suburban areas

    Perform ultrasound-guided vascular access procedures using sterile, evidence-based techniques

    Travel independently to patient locations, including SNFs, LTACHs, and private residences

    Maintain thorough documentation and timely communication with medical teams and facility partners

    Represent Peak Mobile with professionalism, efficiency, and clinical excellence in all care settings

    Required Qualifications:

    Current Missouri RN license in good standing

    1+ year of experience placing PICC and/or Midlines independently

    Proficient in ultrasound-guided vascular access and sterile field maintenance

    Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between care sites

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Previous mobile or home health experience

    Familiarity with post-acute care and long-term care settings

    Certification in VA-BC, BLS, or ACLS a plus
