    Position Overview: The Mobile Registered Nurse (Mobile RN) is a crucial member of our team, responsible for delivering unparalleled concierge medical and nursing services to clients in various settings, including homes, offices, events, and partner locations. This role involves coordinating with clients and the administrative team, providing nursing assessments, collaborating with providers, administering IV treatments, and ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be a BSN-educated, highly skilled RN who is fun, social, and committed to providing exceptional client experiences.

    Responsibilities:

    · Work collaboratively with clients and the administrative team to schedule and administer concierge medical and nursing services.

    · Drive personal vehicle to complete job duties, including traveling to the company office, client locations, events, and partner locations.

    · Represent PureDropIV professionally at all times, arriving on time, in uniform, and prepared to deliver an exceptional IV therapy experience.

    · Establish a positive rapport with clients and assess both the clients and the environment for safety and appropriateness.

    · Document medical history and medication profiles at the initial visit and update them at each subsequent visit.

    · Educate clients and partners on the basics of IV/IM micronutrient benefits and stay current with new protocols and services.

    · Establish, access, and maintain peripheral vascular access devices as prescribed.

    · Complete all required clinical documentation thoroughly and promptly.

    · Provide skilled care to clients of varying ages and medical conditions, following the company's SOPs and physician standing orders.

    · Administer infusions as prescribed, conducting therapy-specific clinical assessments, including frequent vital sign monitoring, management of acute infusion reactions, and observation for side effects.

    · Maintain current nursing licensure in all states where services are delivered.

    · Comply with all state and federal regulations, including OSHA and HIPAA requirements.

    · Complete both initial and ongoing training and competencies as required.

    · Assist in staff orientation and training as needed.

    · Communicate any issues or concerns facing medical staff to managers.

    · Actively participate in all company meetings (monthly).

    The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

    · Proven Experience: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with a minimum of 2 years of RN experience, preferably in intravenous therapy or in-home infusion settings (ED, Critical Care, or L&D experience preferred). A minimum of 1 year of experience in daily IV placement and performing clinical assessments is required.

    · Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational skills are essential for managing client appointments, travel schedules, and clinical documentation.

    · Multitasking Abilities: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including clinical care, client interaction, and administrative duties, while maintaining high-quality standards.

    · Professional Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively educate clients, collaborate with team members, and report to management.

    · Customer Service Orientation: A strong commitment to providing exceptional client care, with the ability to build positive relationships and respond promptly to client needs.

    · Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with coworkers and clients while also being able to work independently in various care settings.

    · Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using smartphone apps, GPS navigation, and electronic documentation tools is essential.

    · Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing client needs, travel schedules, and care environments while maintaining smooth and efficient operations.

    Education/Experience Requirements:

    · Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

    · Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, preferably in intravenous therapy or in-home infusion settings

    · Unrestricted RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia, with licensure in DC required within 30 days of hire

    · Unrestricted Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation

    · BLS certification required
