This job entails working Part Time/Full Time on a mobile slaughter truck. Looking for a PT/FT driver who is also interested in learning about mobile slaughtering. CDL class B required to drive the truck or helping along side the driver. Slaughtering beef, hogs and sheep. Skinning, washing the animals once they are finished being skinned and quartering and delivering to processing plant. Working alongside a skilled employee and learning the steps to complete the job. Working early in the morning till mid afternoon. Lifting 50 to 100lbs. Bending and using a sharp knife. Being safe and conscious of all surroundings. Looking for a CDL class B driver who isn't afraid to get dirty. Experience a big plus but will train the right person for this job.
