Job Summary
Since 1991, we have offered mobility and accessibility equipment throughout South Jersey and Philadelphia. We repair and rent the most popular scooters, rollators lift chairs, and companion chairs on display at our showroom. We manage projects using a turnkey approach. Responsibilities
Pick up and drop off mobility equipment for clients.
Assess vehicle damage or malfunctions, providing repair recommendations, parts lists, and estimated repair times
Perform diagnostics and testing
Install and connect various electrical wiring systems
Identify and rectify any issues discovered with mobility equipment
Ensure work quality through thorough inspections
Troubleshoot issues related to the work performed
Maintain excellent records of all results, and provide comprehensive reports on them to the necessary individual
Qualifications
Driver's License
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
30+ WPM
Invoicing experience
2+ years of management and customer service experience
Background & drug test
