    Precision Strategies is now accepting applications for Mobilization and Campaign Management interns to join our team in our Washington, D.C. office this summer. This is a paid internship, and undergraduates, recent graduates, and graduate students are eligible to apply. Summer internships will start in May and run through the end of August 2025 though dates are flexible. We ask that interns be able to commit at least 25 hours a week.

    Our team developed their expertise working on winning political campaigns, but we realized the same techniques used to elect Democrats can be used to help solve a variety of problems, not just limited to politics. As a team, we work across political and corporate spaces to build campaigns, moving people into action. Our staff works closely with our interns, exposing them to high-level work for a broad spectrum of clientele. Intern responsibilities may include, but are not limited to conducting research, contributing to campaign work, and supporting clients.

    What You Will Be Doing:

    • Providing support to our team on a variety of corporate, nonprofit, and political clients.
    • Monitoring the current political environment including tracking news, legislation, campaign financing, media spend, and more.
    • Providing administrative support for client meetings, business development, and other projects, as needed.
    • Helping to brainstorm and draft a variety of content and collateral.
    • Conducting research for our client work and to support business development.
    • Learning about organizing campaigns and overall agency life.

    What We Are Looking For:

    • Demonstrated interest in politics.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • High attention to detail.
    • The ability to work collaboratively on a team.
    • Creative, energetic, detail-oriented, and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit.
    • Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.

    This position is for our DC office location. Due to the pandemic, we required all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19. We are currently working in a hybrid model and require staff to work in the office 50% of each month.
