We help our emergency dispatch clients and law enforcement agencies with quality assurance, training and stress management programs. The Administrative Assistant position at Moetivations is very important to our overall team success. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing travel and meeting schedules for our CEO.
- Travel booking and budgeting for company managers and trainers.
- MS Outlook task planning for our project team.
- General office management and tradeshow coordination.
COMPENSATION
- $30,000 to $40,000 annual base salary, depending on work experience. NOTE: This is a part-time position with plans to grow responsibilities to a full-time position. No benefits are available at this time, but they may be made available in the coming months.
- Gas and cell phone allowances.
- Paid company holidays.
WORK HOURS
- Moetivations is open from 7:30 AM – 4 PM, Monday thru Friday, but employee daily start and end times are flexible.
- Weekly work-day schedules are negotiable.
LOCATION
- Three-story professional building in southwest Littleton, just 2 minutes north of C470 & Kipling.
- Top floor views of the metro area.
- Business casual workspace with break-room, separate offices and no cubicles.
- Highly productive yet relaxed office atmosphere.
- NOTE: Our floor plan allows for ample social distancing and our office is cleaned regularly.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to effectively organize daily activities in a fast-paced work environment with evolving client schedules and deadlines.
- Must have confidence in using computer apps and software and have the technical know-how to perform internet searches, run video conference calls and work with online cloud tools.
- Client-focused, energetic and a self-starter.
- Professional and confident phone & video call presence.
- Excellent written, verbal and online communication skills.
- Team-players and commitment to reliable attendance only please!
- Must have EXCELLENT experience with both MS Word and Excel.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1 year of administrative assistant experience.
- Familiarity with MS Outlook and Sharepoint, and either GoToMeeting, Zoom, or MS TeamMeeting.
