Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401(k) • Life Insurance Responsibilities: • Follow the daily lube check route, maintaining reservoir levels of lube systems, gearboxes and hydraulic units • Respond to work orders/issues pertaining to the mixer dust stops • Minor repairs on lubrication systems • Pull oil and hydraulic oil samples as part of the PM, Oil testing quality checks • Filter or replace fluids based on the results of the oil testing checks • Inventories the oil and grease supplies and requests to purchase replacements as required • Check daily the operation of the Mixer Dust Stops Expectations • Be trainable and willing to learn • Can get very dirty • Clean up the work area upon job completion • Be safety conscious, respect the equipment and surroundings • Follow LOTO • Follow Hot Work procedures • When the WO is closed, the repair is complete and the problem is corrected • Mixer Dust Stops will be maintained and operational Qualifications: • Ability to use power tools • Ability to use precision measurement instruments (eg: calipers & tape measure) • Capability to diagnose/Troubleshoot mechanical problems • Able to read blueprints/manuals during troubleshooting • Mechanical systems alignment (eg: coupling, mold plate leveling) • Mathematical skills • Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems • Pipe fitting skills Compensation: $23.50 - $27.50 hourly DOE
