Are you looking for a fulfilling career in the restoration industry? SERVPRO of Winchester is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mold Production Technician to join our team. As a Mold Production Technician, you will play a vital role in our mold remediation projects, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and efficient work to help our clients restore their properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory and Vehicle Management:
Inventory and load the work vehicle with necessary equipment, products, and supplies.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and ensure clean equipment appearance.
Work Site Preparation and Production:
Prepare rooms/areas for work activities, including setting up staging areas and equipment.
Perform mold remediation processes as directed, adhering to safety and risk management guidelines.
Communicate with the crew chief and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup, ensuring the job site is left clean and orderly.
Warehouse and Equipment Management:
Maintain an organized warehouse space, including cleaning and maintaining the warehouse, office, and grounds.
Develop expertise in mold remediation services, cleaning products, and equipment.
Perform other tasks and duties as required by the employer.
Position Requirements:
High school diploma/GED.
IICRC certifications in mold remediation preferred, but not required.
Valid driver’s license required.
Strong work ethic and oral communication skills.
Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies:
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects and work with/around cleaning agents.
