    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement injection molding processes to ensure high product quality.
    • Serve as the subject matter expert for Arburg and Cincinnati machines.
    • Create and maintain a Preventive Maintenance program.
    • Work with the mold design engineering team to create mold designs suitable for machinery.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve molding process issues.
    • Lead continuous improvement efforts to improve production efficiency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product design aligns with manufacturing processes.
    • Develop process documentation and standard operating procedures.
    • Mentor and train production personnel.
    • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

    Required Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Plastics, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
    • Expert-level proficiency with Arburg and Cincinnati molding machines.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience developing molding processes.
    • Experience with process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
    • Familiarity with SolidWorks is preferred.
    • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

    • Ability to collaborate across teams (Engineering, Quality, Production).
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to provide actionable feedback to help others improve.
