This is a full time position (5 days per week) and we work some Saturdays.

There are 4 days of work in Monmouth County area and 1 day per week in Ocean County.

BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Clean ground level commercial storefront glass to high quality expectations

-Average day is 15 to 20 storefronts.

-Maintain equipment

-Drive and maintain your own vehicle

-Meet in Freehold several days per week

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

-Be an early riser

-Have your own cell phone

-Basic organizational skills

-Good communication skills

-Problem solver

-Attend office and safety meetings

-Handle outdoor weather

-Stand on feet all day and use ladders

-Drivers license and auto insurance

COMPENSATION:

-Percentage performance pay (the more you do, the more you earn)

-Average weekly pay is $400-$500 (Some cleaners make more)

-Paid bi-weekly

-Extra periodic bonuses!

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand on feet for long periods of time• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.• Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrist and arms• Able to work with arms above head• Able to bend and squat to ground level• Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0 to 110 degree• Able to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 30 feet

Other Qualifications:• Valid driver’s license with clean history• Reliable transportation• Liability car insurance• Ability to read a street guide and follow directions

Some Cleaners make over $25 per hour - PERFORMANCE BASED PAY (the more you do, the more you earn)
