Job Description

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE REPRESENTATIVE

MonkeySports is a high-end specialty sports retailer of Hockey, Baseball and Lacrosse equipment. We are looking for an individual to join our team at our Corporate Office in Allen, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Audit and enter vendor invoices for payment
• Print and distribute vendor payments
• Update and maintain vendor records
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Research, analyze, and resolve account payable discrepancies and payment issues
• Copy, scan, and file vendor records
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of bookkeeping or accounts payable experience recommended
• Good verbal/written communication skills
• Consistent and strong work history
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs; specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Experience with Accounts Payable software—SAP Business One preferred
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work with others

PAY RATE

• $18.00 - 20.00 per hour (depending on experience)

SCHEDULE

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
