We are looking for natural born leaders with the innate ability to inspire, motivate, and educate a team of outgoing and creative souls. Our Shift Supervisors go beyond the managerial norms of typical administrative, technical, and organization skills, as our leaders must constantly lead by example in creating the culture of all things Monster Mini Golf. Our Shift Supervisors hold the key to energy, expectation, and the overall out-of-this-world guest experience! Our Shift Supervisor team works directly with our Regional General Manager who oversees both our Norwood and Seekonk, MA locations.

If you think you may have what it takes to succeed in this role, here are some of the qualities you must possess to master this gig:

Pervious experience in opening or closing a business, or like experience

Business experience in cash management, basic computer skills, word/excel/email capabilities

Supervisory experience with a staff has passion for coaching and ability to drive a learning culture through hands-on training

Be upbeat, fun, genuinely likable, and smile a lot

Dependability & Maturity, second to none customer service, Poised and professional in demeanor

The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment

Communicate confidently and effectively

The belief that attention to detail and cleanliness are key to a successful business

The willingness to learn and apply the Monster Mini Golf style of Entertainment, to ensure a memorable Guest Experience.
