    SCHEDULES: Monday-Friday 9:00am- 3:00pm and every other Saturday 9:00am - 3:00pm

    Monday-Friday 3:30pm-9:30pm and every other Saturday 11:00am-5:00pm

    REMOTE WORK AVAILABLE AFTER A 6 MONTH PROBATIONARY PERIOD

    DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CALL CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE RESERVATIONIST:

    · Make calls to existing guests

    · Remind the guest of the vacation package they already purchased through our company

    · Get the guest excited about vacation again

    · Assist the guest in setting their travel destination and dates

    · Have fun while making money and helping people create memories

    · Remote work available after 6 months

    RELIABILITY AND PUNCTUALITY ARE A MUST!

    RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE ACTIVATIONS DEPARTMENT AS A CALL CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE RESERVATIONIST:

    Our Customer Service Reservationists at Monster Reservation Group reach out to guests who have already purchased a vacation package through our company but have not yet set their travel dates. It is our roll to remind the guest of what they have with us, get them excited about their vacation again, and most importantly get the guest in front of a calendar so we can help them set their travel dates. Maintaining a friendly and upbeat attitude, regardless of the circumstances, is a must!

    REQUIREMENTS:

    We are seeking the best of the best! Candidates with a positive attitude and strong work ethic, that can provide the highest level of guest service.
