Responsibilities:

Implement Montessori principles and practices to create an engaging and effective learning environment.

Develop and deliver individualized lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of students.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration, collaboration, and independence.

Observe and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help them reach their full potential.

Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child’s educational journey and well-being.

Qualifications:

Montessori Certification for Primary Education (AMI, AMS, or equivalent) preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field.

Experience in a Montessori setting or with young children is highly desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for working with children and a commitment to Montessori philosophy and practices.
