    Physical Demands:

    Work is repetitive standing, stooping, squatting, bending, kneeling and twisting.

    Regularly required to lift no more than 40 pounds unassisted.

    Frequently required to use hand to finger motions, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms.

    PPE Protection is Required and Provided by Monty’s.

    Summary of Key Responsibilities :

    Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

    Acts with integrity & honesty that promote the culture, values, and policies of Monty's Good Burger.

    Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the MGB team.

    Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues.

    Communicates information to the manager so that the team can respond as necessary.

    Contributes to a positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in team member morale/ performance; providing feedback by communicating to the store manager.

    Provides high-quality service, product, and attentiveness to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.

    Follows ALL Monty's Good Burger Operational Policies, Safety Protocol and Procedures.

    Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that other team members can work safely and efficiently.

    Provides quality food and beverage products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.

    Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
