Dallas law firm seeks very experienced Litigation File Clerk / Legal Administrative Assistant.
Work in a team environment supporting attorneys together with other paralegals and legal secretaries handling case document filing for litigation cases.
- File legal documents in case files and electronically.
- Perform clerical duties for paralegals and attorneys.
- Assist with E-filing.
- Assist with supplies ordering, catering, and general office duties.
- Accurate data entry of billable time and case costs.
- Manage closed files.
- General office maintenance of conference rooms, reception area and repairs.
- Assist with monthly billing.
- Scheduling and calendaring.
Background:
- 3+ years of law firm experience in filing, billing, data entry, and clerical work.
- Exceptional computer skills in MS Word.
- Organized with a high work ethic.
- High School Diploma; college preferred.
- Stable job history with references.
- Law firm experience highly preferred.
- Typing 50+ wpm.
