    Dallas law firm seeks very experienced Litigation File Clerk / Legal Administrative Assistant.

    Work in a team environment supporting attorneys together with other paralegals and legal secretaries handling case document filing for litigation cases.

    • File legal documents in case files and electronically.
    • Perform clerical duties for paralegals and attorneys.
    • Assist with E-filing.
    • Assist with supplies ordering, catering, and general office duties.
    • Accurate data entry of billable time and case costs.
    • Manage closed files.
    • General office maintenance of conference rooms, reception area and repairs.
    • Assist with monthly billing.
    • Scheduling and calendaring.

    Background:

    • 3+ years of law firm experience in filing, billing, data entry, and clerical work.
    • Exceptional computer skills in MS Word.
    • Organized with a high work ethic.
    • High School Diploma; college preferred.
    • Stable job history with references.
    • Law firm experience highly preferred.
    • Typing 50+ wpm.
