We're searching for a diligent outside marketer to provide our sales team with leads and appointments. You’ll be responsible for representing our company in big box retail stores where you will approach customers in a friendly and helpful manner, inquiring and scheduling appointments for free in-home water tests. You will have the opportunity to earn commissions from the appointments you set. This is a performance-based position, and you will be required to meet quotas in this role. You receive paid training and ongoing training and development for your position. You will also have the opportunity to market our brand, generate leads, and set appointments at exciting community and special events. Responsibilities: • Represent Moore Water professionally in the big box retailers where we have established relationships • Follow the guidelines in place for lead generation, and appointment setting • Meet easily obtainable quotas • Learn our qualifiers and non-qualifiers to increase the quality of leads and appointments generated • Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in ongoing training opportunities • Participate in community events to market the company and increase leads and appointments set • Report daily to our GroupMe thread • Be a team player • Be reliable and honest Qualifications: • You must be 17 or older • Pass a background check • Valid Driver’s License • You must have reliable transportation & a smart phone • You must love talking to people • You must have great verbal and communication skills • You must be ready to be trained to work independently • You must be able to work responsibly with minimal supervision Schedule: • 4 hour shift • Day shift • Monday to Friday • No nights • Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: • Commission pay Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
