ABOUT THE JOB
You will receive extensive training to be able to provide free case consultations for our clients via multiple channels
The first impression of the firm for potential clients is YOU.
At all times, you must provide exceptional customer service, empathy, and compassion to our clients by:
Resolving client issues in a professional manner
Scheduling appointments for our investigators
Accepting inbound calls and placing outbound calls
Once you have provided the free consultation, and it is determined we are able to help the client, you will obtain signed retainers via email or text
REQUIREMENTS
THE CASE CONTROL CENTER IS OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK FROM 8:00AM TO 11:00PM. SHIFTS ARE USUALLY FIVE DAYS A WEEK AND GENERALLY CONSIST OF ONE WEEKEND DAY. WE ALSO HAVE PART-TIME SHIFTS AVAILABLE, AS WELL AS LIMITED 4-DAY WORK WEEKS. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE ABLE TO WORK ANYTIME DURING THOSE BUSINESS HOURS. SCHEDULING CONFLICTS MUST BE DISCUSSED PRE-HIRE AND WILL BE EVALUATED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS.
MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 8AM-5PM SHIFTS ARE AWARDED BASED ON SENIORITY AND ARE NOT AVAILABLE WHEN STARTING.
High school diploma or GED is required; college preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with clients
Used to adapting in an ever-changing environment and handling multiple priorities
Excellent oral communication with an outgoing personality
Able to multitask and learn quickly
Must thrive in a team environment
Reliable and dependable
Excellent comprehension and critical-thinking skills
Ability to type at least 35 WPM with excellent writing skills while navigating through multiple software applications
