How do I make an impact on my team? The Bistro Café by Courtyard Marriott provides refreshing to-go options as well as full sit-down options for breakfast and dinner including food, cocktails, wine, beer, and Starbucks coffee. Our friendly and attentive Morning Barista Server Part Time will help to brighten the day for our hotel guests in this fast-paced Bistro Café environment.
Greet every guest with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude
Complete opening and closing duties (setting up, stocking, and maintaining work areas)
Take guests’ orders and obtaining payment and providing correct change
Communicate meal requirements, in regards to allergies, dietary needs, and special requests, to the kitchen
Prepare and serve beverages (coffee drinks, cocktails, wine, and beer) in addition to serving food to our guests
Prepare ingredients for cooking and cooking the food according to recipes
Setting up meeting room for conferences and servicing the meeting room
What does success look like in this role?
Quick service/barista experience a plus, food handlers card preferred
