Responsibilities: • Sanitize and ensure cleanliness of all buffet bar areas, including tables and chairs, and empty trash as needed • Ensure setup is complete each morning for the breakfast buffet and fresh foods are always available during the service hours • Clear tables during breakfast using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware in a timely manner • Serve guests with food and drink orders while they are in the dining area and replenish as necessary • Follow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment Qualifications: • Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service • Experience working in food service is preferred • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and coworkers • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) Compensation: $14 - $15 hourly
